Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using TripsHub ("the service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. These terms apply to all users of TripsHub at app.tripshub.app.

2. Description of service

TripsHub is a travel itinerary management tool that allows you to organise bookings, track trip details, and access travel-related information. The service is provided "as is" and is currently in active development. Features may change at any time.

3. Your account

You must sign in using a valid Google account. You are responsible for:

• Keeping your account secure.
• All activity that occurs under your account.
• Not sharing your account with others.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose.
• Forward emails to TripsHub that contain malicious content or that you do not have the right to share.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the service's APIs.
• Use the service in a way that could damage, disable, or impair it.
• Attempt to access another user's data.

5. Email forwarding

The email forwarding feature assigns you a unique inbound address (e.g. abc123@tripshub.app). By forwarding emails to this address, you confirm that you have the right to share that email content with us for the purpose of extracting your booking details. Do not forward emails you do not own or are not authorised to share.

6. AI-generated content

TripsHub uses AI to parse booking emails, generate packing lists, analyse itinerary gaps, and power the trip assistant. AI-generated content may occasionally be inaccurate. You should always verify critical travel information (flight times, hotel addresses, visa requirements) against your original booking confirmations and official sources. We are not responsible for decisions made based on AI-generated content.

7. Third-party data

Some features — including live flight status, local events, and destination experiences — rely on third-party data providers. This data may be incomplete, delayed, or incorrect. TripsHub is not responsible for the accuracy of third-party data.

8. Intellectual property

TripsHub and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Pablo Mincz and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Your trip data remains yours — we claim no ownership over content you create or upload.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Use the service at your own risk.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TripsHub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including missed flights, incorrect bookings, or data loss — arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim (which may be zero, as the service is currently free).

11. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access at our discretion, with or without notice, if you violate these terms or if we decide to discontinue the service. Upon termination, your data will be retained for up to 30 days before deletion, after which it cannot be recovered.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. For significant changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you via email.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Argentina, where the operator is based. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Argentina, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws in your country.
