TripsHub improves constantly. Here's a running log of everything we've shipped.
A new map-first flight view for the day you fly. See your plane's live position on the map, your gate and terminal at a glance, and live status from departure to landing.
TripsHub now tracks the inbound aircraft for every flight in your itinerary. If your plane is running late on its previous leg, you'll be warned of a likely delay — often before the airline tells you. Powered by AeroDataBox.
Six new alert types: a morning-of flight briefing, check-in reminders, gate and terminal changes, landed notifications with early/late info, baggage belt assignments, and US airport disruption advisories (ground stops and weather, from FAA data).
Family & friends can now follow a shared trip and get took-off, landed, and delay notifications — each with their own notification preferences. No TripsHub account required.
Your lifetime travel stats in one place: flights taken, miles flown, hours in the air, times around the Earth, top routes, airlines, and airports — plus a shareable year-in-review card.
Import flights from your phone calendar on mobile, or upload .ics files on the web — alongside the existing email forwarding.
A full dark theme across the web and mobile apps.
Your flight day on the iOS lock screen and Dynamic Island, plus an Android home-screen widget. Builds are pending release — rolling out soon.
TripsHub now monitors every flight in your itinerary and sends push notifications the moment something changes. Get alerted for delays (15+ min threshold), gate changes, gate assignments, terminal changes, cancellations, and diversions — on iOS, Android, and web. The system polls live data every 20 minutes starting 6 hours before departure, with smart deduplication and idempotent delivery so you never get duplicate alerts.
Flight status data is now sourced from multiple aviation APIs (AirLabs + AeroDataBox) with automatic failover. When one provider's monthly quota runs out, the system seamlessly switches to the next — giving you ~1,400 combined calls per month and zero downtime. Each provider has independent budget tracking, and admin email alerts fire at 80% and 100% capacity thresholds.
When a flight data provider fails — HTTP errors, network timeouts, unexpected responses — an admin email is sent with the provider name, error category, HTTP status code, and the flight that triggered it. Throttled to one email per provider per error type per hour to keep your inbox clean.
Track your TSA PreCheck, Global Entry, NEXUS, SENTRI, and ETIAS enrolments in one place. A smart nudge engine analyses your flight routes and recommends programmes that would speed up your travel — with direct application links.
The Visa tab now flags when ETIAS (European Travel Information and Authorisation System) is required for Schengen-area destinations, with a direct link to apply. Keeps you compliant with the new EU entry requirements.
See an interactive aircraft cabin layout for every flight in your itinerary. Your assigned seat is highlighted so you know exactly where you're sitting before you board.
Export your entire trip as a beautifully formatted PDF — one click from the trip header. Great for printing, sharing with travel companions, or keeping as an offline backup.
A brand new top-level tab for each trip. Browse curated experiences (tours, cooking classes, day trips) for every destination on your route, and see live events from Ticketmaster filtered to your exact travel dates — concerts, sports, theatre, festivals.
The Gaps view in Prepare now shows direct booking links to fix each gap — Booking.com and Airbnb for missing accommodation, Skyscanner and Google Flights for missing return flights, Rome2rio for missing transport.
Your active or next upcoming trip now shows a horizontal scroll strip of upcoming events right on the main trips page — so you can see what's on at a glance before you even open the trip.
The floating 💬 trip assistant button now stays visible when you navigate to the Auto-forward page and return. The button is also shown on the main Trips page for your active trip.
Real-time status badges on every flight booking departing in the next 48 hours. See on-time, delayed (with minutes), gate changes, and cancellations — right on the booking card in your timeline.
Upload and store your passport scan, travel insurance, visas, and any other travel documents securely against a trip. Accessible offline, never shared.
Set your passport country once in Prepare → Visa. See visa requirements, processing times, and entry conditions for every country on your itinerary. Persists across all trips.
An AI-powered chat assistant that knows every booking in your trip. Ask it your confirmation number, hotel check-in time, whether you need a visa — get an instant answer without digging through emails.
Log spending per trip in any currency. Live exchange rates convert everything to your home currency, giving you a running total for the trip.
Generate a personalised packing list for any trip — AI takes into account your destinations, length of trip, and time of year. Tick items off as you pack.
Every destination plotted on a zoomable Leaflet/OpenStreetMap. See your full route at a glance.
7-day forecasts for each destination, surfaced during your trip dates. Know what to pack before you zip up.
Share a read-only link to any trip. Travel companions or family at home can view the full itinerary without a TripsHub account.
